Meredith Gipson

Meredith Gipson currently serves as the Director of Renewable Energy Development at Republic Services, where responsibilities include overseeing project development and managing relationships with Landfill Gas to Energy developers, as well as leading renewable energy project origination within the landfill portfolio. Prior to this role, Meredith held various positions at Shell from 2012 to September 2023, including Business Development Manager for Renewable Natural Gas, where efforts focused on establishing RNG dispensing stations in California and Oregon, and Commercial Deal Lead for Shell Midstream, managing project deliverables and commercial agreements. Additional roles at Shell encompassed Strategy Planning Manager in Global Marketing, Business Operations Manager, and Financial Analyst, each contributing to extensive experience in finance and operations. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in International Business from Penn State University, supplemented by international studies in Florence.
