Meredith Skarin

Meredith Skarin has extensive experience in business program management, currently serving as VP of Business Program Management at Republic Services since July 2013. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Strategic Initiatives Investment Portfolio, managing executive briefings, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiative implementation. Prior roles at Republic Services include Director of Field Program Management and Sr. Manager of Business Transformation & Strategy, where Meredith partnered with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and develop business cases. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Vanguard Marketing International, focusing on marketing and strategy for various sectors, and a business development internship at Revenge Is, where strategies were developed to enhance market visibility. Meredith holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Russian Language from the University of Arizona.
