Paul Novotny has extensive experience in technology solutions and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Technology Solutions at Republic Services since June 2008. In this capacity, Paul oversees innovation initiatives and supports the company's Emerging Business team, developing complementary business lines. Previous roles at Republic include Sr. Director positions in Planning, Innovation & Development, Sales & Service Development, and Corporate Application Development, focusing on innovation, strategic planning, and corporate application management. Prior to Republic, Paul held senior roles at Cornerstone Advisors, Inc., Syntellect, and IIS, showcasing a strong background in strategic technology consulting, professional services, and solution architecture. Paul holds an MSIE in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a BSEET in Electronics from Devry Institute of Technology.
