Martyn Rosney

Martyn Rosney is a highly regarded professional in the field of reputation management and corporate communications. He currently serves as a Partner at Reputation Inc, an international consultancy specialising in reputation research, strategy, and leadership positioning. With a focus on sustainability, culture, and risk mitigation, Martyn plays a crucial role in helping clients—ranging from leading businesses in Ireland and the UK to globally recognised organisations—navigate complex reputational challenges.

Before his tenure at Reputation Inc, Martyn gained significant experience as an Account Director in the Corporate Communications team at Edelman, the world’s largest public relations firm and with Ogilvy PR's Dublin office, Wilson Hartnell.

His early career achievements include representing Ireland at the Young PR Lions competition at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2014 and being named the inaugural Young Communications Professional of the Year in 2015 by the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA).
