Joana Dresch

Joana Dresch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional relations and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at The RepTrak Company since August 2025, Joana also actively contributes as a Member of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of FIESP, promoting the integration of young entrepreneurship within the industrial sector. Joana's previous roles include Institutional Coordinator at the Brazilian Society of Cardiology, where responsibilities involved maintaining administrative procedures and monitoring political developments, and a lengthy tenure at Almeida Prado & Hoffmann Lawfirm as both Institutional Relations Coordinator and Analyst, managing complex political and regulatory projects. Joana began career as a Junior Institutional Relations Analyst at Bites, specializing in legislative activities and stakeholder mapping. Educationally, Joana holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
