Jeff Young

Jeff Young has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Jeff currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at 1440, a role they took on in June 2021.

Prior to their current role, Jeff had an extensive tenure at Salesforce, starting in 2004. During their time at Salesforce, they held multiple positions, including Senior Product Manager and Director of Solution Architects - B2B. As the Director of Solution Architects - B2B, they led a West Coast delivery team responsible for implementing solutions for B2B customers. This involved conducting onsite customer workshops, identifying customizations, and delivering fully functional B2B instances. Jeff also served as the Director of Product Management at Salesforce from August 2011 to September 2019.

Before joining Salesforce, Jeff worked at the United States Soccer Federation from 2009 to 2017. Jeff served as a National Referee during their tenure, demonstrating their passion for the sport.

Additionally, Jeff gained experience at Tomax Corporation, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst/Product Designer and Technical Support Manager. Jeff worked at Tomax Corporation from June 2004 to April 2011, gaining expertise in analysis, design, and technical support.
