Zachary Gerndt

Zachary Gerndt has a diverse work experience history. Zachary started their career as a Peer Advisor at the University of Michigan's School of Kinesiology, where they assisted incoming students during the orientation process. In 2017, they were promoted to Head Peer Advisor, where they trained other Peer Advisors and served as a liaison between them and the Orientation Director.

Following their time at the University of Michigan, Zachary worked as a Research Assistant at Michigan Medicine. Here, they helped recruit patients for a dizziness study and conducted surveys and minor procedures under physician supervision.

In 2019, Zachary joined XANT.AI as an Associate Technical Consultant. In this role, they assisted new customers with product implementation and showed them how to maximize the value of their XANT products. Zachary also provided technical follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction. Later, as part of XANT's Professional Development Program, Zachary worked as a Product Specialist before transitioning to their role as a Sr. Support Technician at 1440. In this role, they are responsible for providing efficient and meaningful assistance to customers experiencing product issues.

Zachary Gerndt pursued their education at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they continued their educational journey at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
