Amal Jose

Amal Jose has worked in various roles since 2010. Amal began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they worked on Datawarehousing projects for Wyndham Hotel Group, DFS and McAfee. Amal then took on a Summer Intern role at Barclays in 2014, where they identified five scenarios of manual touch points, prepared a time benefit analysis and provided solutions leading to efficiency gain. In 2015, they joined Bank of America as a Program Management & Operations professional, where they managed a team of 4 Associates in handling of client transactions pertaining to INR, FX and Tax payments, and was involved in the decentralization process migration and re-establishment of Payments domain in Bangalore. Amal then moved to NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2017, where they took on a Program Management role. Her current role is Growth at Repute Network, which they began in 2022.

Amal Jose completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Amrita Institute Of Technology Science between 2006 and 2010. After that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations & Strategy from Great Lakes Institute of Management between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for High School in Computer Science from 2005 to 2006. Amal also obtained a certification as an AMCAT Certified Business Consultant from Aspiring Minds in September 2014 and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Juran Institute Inc.
