Prior experience includes a tenure as Partner and Asset Manager at Union Eiendomskapital AS from September 2009 to December 2020, and as Owner of Alfa Eiendom Oslo AS from 2005 to 2009. Are also worked as Etableringssjef at ICA Norge AS, part of Hakon Gruppen AS, from 1999 to 2005. Are possesses a Master's degree from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a degree in Industrial Economy from the University of Agder, earned between 1993 and 1997.
