Peter Larmey began their career in 1994 as an Account Coordinator at Manning Selvage and Lee. Peter then moved to Brodeur Worldwide, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive. In 1998, they joined Engage, Inc. as Manager of Strategic Communications. After a year, they became an Independent Consultant, managing media and analyst relations, speaking programs, case study programs and more for several companies. In 2004, they joined MarketSmart Interactive as an Account Manager, managing search engine marketing campaigns for both large and small business clients. In 2006, they moved to Gibbs & Soell as a Client Service Manager, managing public relations campaigns for healthcare and B2B clients. In 2007, they joined Dex One as Manager of External Communications. In 2011, they began working at SpeakerBox Communications as Vice President of Editorial, managing the development of content for a range of technology clients, and in 2019, they joined REQ as Senior Vice President of Editorial, managing the Editorial Services department and overseeing editorial programs for PR and strategic communications clients.
Peter Larmey attended UMass Boston from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
