Will Cole has a long history of work experience, beginning with their role as a Mortgage Processor at Acacia Federal Savings Bank in 2004. Will then worked as a Senior Accounting Assistant at The Worth Collection, Ltd. and as a Management Assistant at Atrium Staffing. In 2006, they began working as a Soundtrack Composer and Video Editor for various YouTube Channels and as a Senior Front-End Developer at Edit.com. Will then worked as a Web Developer at Time Inc. from 2011 to 2013, and as a Software Engineer and Web Developer at Forbes from 2013 to 2015. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Developer at REQ.

Will Cole attended the University of Virginia from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Web Design, Business Computing, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, and Writing.
