Hector Rico has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Hector began their career at Mita, S.A. de C.V in 1994, serving as the Gerente TI for two years. Hector then transitioned to Universidad Panamericana in 2001 as a Profesor Escuela de Administración, where they taught the subject of Dirección de Operaciones. Afterwards, Hector returned to Mita, S.A. de C.V. and worked as the Re-Manufacturing Manager from 1998 to 2003. In 2007, they joined DOCUMENT IMAGING MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. as the Operations Manager, and later became the Professional Services Manager in 2012. Hector took on the role of Special Project Manager in 2015, and eventually served as the Sales Area Manager until 2017. Currently, Hector is employed at Requordit as the Sales Manager Latam, a position they have held since February 2017. In addition to their professional experiences, Hector also had a stint as the Customer Satisfaction Manager at Requordit, starting in January 2016.

Hector Rico completed their education in a chronological order. Hector started their educational journey in 1989 at Universidad Panamericana, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Industrial and specialized in Finance. Hector completed this degree in 1994 and obtained the certification titled "Titulo Ingenieria Industrial" from Universidad Panamericana.

In 1996, Hector enrolled at IPADE Business School and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Hector successfully completed their MBA program in 1998 and received the MBA certification from IPADE Business School.

To further expand their knowledge, Hector pursued a diploma in History of Mexico at Universidad Panamericana from 2000 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Hector also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas. In 1994, they obtained the certification titled "Titulo Ingenieria Industrial" from Universidad Panamericana. Later, in 1998, they earned an MBA certification from IPADE Business School. In 2010, they obtained the ECM Practitioner certification from AIIM International. Most recently, in 2014, Hector obtained the Manager Coaching certification from Universidad Panamericana.
