Rayan al-Doligan

Rayan Al-Doligan currently serves as the VP of the Strategy Management Office at RER | السجل العقاري, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Support Head and Corporate Development Manager at Muqassa (Securities Clearing Center Company) from October 2018 to January 2024, and Post Trade Program Manager at Saudi Tadawul Group from July 2017 to January 2024. Rayan's career began at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund from April 2009 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leading the Strategic Projects Team within the PMO and programming roles. Rayan holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from King Saud University, and has completed various leadership and project management programs at institutions such as the Center for Creative Leadership and INSEAD. Additional educational achievements include a Master of Science in Project Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science-Information Systems from King Saud University.
