Alikiah Barclay

Alikiah Barclay has a diverse range of work experience. Alikiah founded and currently serves as the CEO of ReRent, a company they started in 2020. Prior to that, in 2018, they worked as a New Venture Specialist for Centene Corporation. In 2017, they were the Head of Product at Summer. Before that, they worked as a Senior Strategy Analyst at Accenture from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, they worked as a Scaling Consultant for mSchool, an education technology startup. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Overall, Alikiah has experience in leadership, product management, strategy analysis, and entrepreneurship.

Alikiah Barclay completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy with a minor in Economics and a focus on Entrepreneurship from Duke University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Before joining Duke University, they attended Broward College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and a certificate in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, Alikiah obtained certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency at an advanced level from Duolingo in October 2015.
