Jill Passanante is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources operations and talent management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at RESA Power since June 2020, Jill has optimized HRIS capabilities and implemented key modules to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include HR and Talent Program Specialist and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities involved EEO compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and metrics reporting across multiple states and locations. Prior experience includes positions in operations and management at ABC Warehouse and Leos Coney Island, along with community engagement roles at Riverview Church and IMPACT WDBM Radio. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.
