Melvin Jellesma

Melvin Jellesma is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. As the CEO and founder of Horizon Telecom since July 2014, Melvin has successfully established a global telecom-as-a-service provider, serving over 200 clients worldwide. In addition, Melvin is the Strategic Director and founder of Resale Partners, an innovative platform for managing telecom and ICT supplier relations. Previously, in strategic roles at Pocos and SB Business Communicatie, Melvin drove significant organizational transformations and led successful mergers. Melvin began the career as a B2B Telesales professional, gaining foundational experience in sales and marketing. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Economics from Arnhem Business School and has a background in IT from Technisch College.
