Aleš Jurak

Ales Jurak has worked in the legal field since 2006. Aleš began their career as an Attorney Trainee at Borut Rangus, Attorney at Law and Vesna Šafar, Attorney at Law. In 2009, they joined Borzen, d.o.o. as Director of General Affairs, Head of Project Department, General Counsel, and Legal Counsel. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Legal at Resalta.

Aleš Jurak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana in 2006. In 2016, they were awarded a Certificate of SDA - certificate of competence to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board from the Slovenian Directors' Association. Aleš also passed the State Bar Exam from the Republic of Slovenia Ministry of Justice in July of 2016.
