Luka Komazec

Luka Komazec has a long history of experience in the energy industry. Luka began their career in 2005 as a Business Developer at Cosylab. In 2008, they joined the Gorenje Group as a Business Development, Ecology and Energy Division where they were in charge of strategic development in the field of energy efficiency and renewables. Luka helped develop new corporate ventures such as Gorenje Solar, Gorenje CHP, and raise capital. Luka also covered sales and marketing responsibilities before launching GGE. In 2011, they became the CEO of Resalta (formerly GGE). During their tenure, they were responsible for investor relations, developing strategy, new markets and services, as well as financial and corporate training and development. In 2020, they joined BlackPeak Capital as an Advisory Committee Member.

Luka Komazec completed their MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics between 2003 and 2007.
