Joseph Tontodonato

Joseph Tontodonato is an experienced professional in operations and management within the developmental disabilities sector. Currently serving as Senior Executive Director at ResCare Community Living since September 2018, Joseph oversees extensive operations across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Previously, Joseph held the position of Executive Director, where core organizational functions were directed, including Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. Joseph's prior experience includes roles at The Arc of San Diego as Director of Operations and Director of Residential Services, managing programs and facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Joseph also worked as a Program Manager at the National MS Society and held positions at Golden Gate Regional Center and Disability Rights California, gaining a comprehensive background in advocacy and quality assurance.
