Sophia Rasmussen

Sophia Rasmussen is a Personal Fitness Trainer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since December 2023. Additionally, Sophia serves as a Dietetic Intern at both DaVita Kidney Care and Rescue Mission Alliance since August and May 2023, respectively. With experience as a Coach at Orangetheory Fitness since June 2022 and a Senior Sales Associate, Sophia previously worked with the University of Miami Football Nutrition team from January 2021 to July 2022. Sophia Rasmussen holds a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New England, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University, completed in December 2021. Furthermore, Sophia studied at The American University of Rome from January to May 2022.
