Kristin Carroll serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency since June 2013, where the focus is on marketing to drive positive social change in health communication across North America. In addition, Kristin Carroll is a Strategic Advisor with B Local San Diego and serves as Co-Founder and Board Chair for the Agents of Change Summit, a conference promoting advancements in public health initiatives. Previous experience includes advisory roles at the San Diego Workforce Partnership and extensive leadership positions at ACTIVE Network, where Kristin Carroll oversaw corporate and consumer marketing, contributed to revenue growth, and managed high-profile client relationships. Kristin Carroll also held the role of Associate Director for the Partnership for a Drug-Free America, leading creative development for a significant national campaign. An alumnus of Syracuse University, Kristin Carroll graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Advertising and Policy Studies.
