Rescue Mission
Naomi Patnaude is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Health Home Care Manager at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County since June 2018. In addition to this role, Naomi has been an Outreach Intern at the Rescue Mission since September 2016, and previously worked as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at Norfeldt Elementary School. Naomi has also held social work intern positions at NBHS Satellite Careers Academy and Community Central, focusing on mentoring high school students and assisting clients with housing and SNAP applications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Northwestern Connecticut Community College.
