Amie Duncan has extensive experience in talent and culture roles, currently serving as Talent & Culture Coordinator at ResDiary since January 2020, after progressing through various positions such as Talent & Culture Admin Assistant and Customer Support & Success Consultant. Prior to this, Amie held managerial positions at Waitrose & Partners and RUSK & RUSK, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and training. Previous experience includes roles such as Food and Beverage Manager at David Lloyd Leisure and General Manager at multiple venues within RUSK & RUSK. Earlier in Amie's career, roles included Restaurant Manager at Cameron House and Assistant F&B Manager at Macdonald Hotels, following foundational experience as Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager with G1 Group PLC. Amie holds a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and completed secondary education at The High School of Glasgow.
