Dave Lipson has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, serving as the Licensee for Canada and the U.S.A. at ResDiary since November 2013. Lipson is also the Owner of ReservationBooks.com, providing traditional reservation solutions for restaurants since January 1997. In addition to these roles, Lipson has volunteered as a Firefighter for the City of Ottawa since October 2012. Previous experience includes ownership of a Denny's location from January 2001 to November 2015, as well as marketing leadership roles at Optimized Revenue LLC and Peak Impact.
