Lydia McClure is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Research Bridge Partners, where Lydia also holds the titles of Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior to their current role, Lydia was with the National Science Foundation (NSF) serving as a Coach and advisor for Convergence Accelerator awardees, an Expert for SBIR, STTR, and I-Corps programs, as well as the Program Director of I-Corps. Lydia has also worked at Austin Technology Incubator as a University Pre-seed Portfolio manager and at Texas Venture Labs as a Venture Partner. Lydia holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, a B.A. in Biology and Biochemistry from Carleton College, and completed their High School education at Piedmont High School.
