Imran Tyab is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Research Capital Corporation since January 2024, Imran previously worked at Trillion Energy International Inc. in corporate finance, contributing to natural gas production efforts in Europe and Turkey. Imran has a strong background in the Canadian capital markets, having been involved in over $3.5 billion of equity transactional volume during a previous tenure at Research Capital Corporation from 2017 to 2021. As a co-founder and senior executive of various early-stage mining and energy startups from 2014 to 2017, Imran gained valuable experience in international business across multiple regions.
