Jussi Posti

Jussi Posti is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in neurosurgery and neurotraumatology. Currently serving as the Head of Department and Physician-in-charge for Neurotrauma and Neurosurgical Intensive Care at Tyks - VSSHP - Turku University Hospital since March 2014, Jussi Posti also holds the position of Director at the Turku Brain Injury Centre from April 2017. In addition to clinical roles, Jussi Posti is an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Helsinki and the University of Turku, contributing to the fields of neurotraumatology and neurosurgery. Jussi Posti's research is supported by the Academy of Finland, and prior experience includes being a Clinical Researcher and a Neurosurgeon at Terveystalo. Education includes specialist training in neurosurgery, as well as MD, PhD in clinical pharmacology, and a Doctor of Medicine degree, all obtained from the University of Turku.
