Kisirinya Joseph

Kisirinya Joseph is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in systems engineering, helpdesk support, and web development. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer Level III at Rakai Health Sciences Program since September 2018, Kisirinya also fulfills the role of IT Helpdesk Technician at Research Data and Communication Technologies Corp. since July 2016, where expertise includes troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues in a Windows environment. Prior experience includes serving as a DSTV/GOTV Technician at MultiChoice Uganda, focused on satellite and terrestrial installations and client support, and as a Web Developer at Ivosoft Technologies, responsible for creating efficient code and website layouts. Kisirinya holds a Bachelor of Information Technology & Computing degree from Kyambogo University, completed in 2013.
