Jia-Yu Ke

Jia-Yu Ke has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and project management. They have worked as a Senior Scientist and Asia Marketing Director at Research Diets, Inc., where they communicated with clients, provided scientific support on lab animal diet formulation, and managed product development processes. Prior to this role, Jia-Yu Ke held the position of Clinical Research Coordinator and Post-Doctoral Researcher at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. They have also worked as a Graduate Research Fellow and Clinical Product Manager at The Ohio State University, focusing on topics related to metabolic disturbances and obesity. Furthermore, Jia-Yu Ke has worked as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, where they learned new techniques, performed experiments, and obtained authorship on a publication.

Jia-Yu Ke completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemical Science and Technology at National Taiwan University from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Jia-Yu pursued a Master of Arts in Molecular Medicine at the same institution. Finally, Jia-Yu completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Nutrition Sciences at The Ohio State University from 2010 to 2015.
