Lauren Burke

Lauren Burke is a Principal at Research Europe since October 2023, following a successful tenure as Partner and Head of Intelligence at Talent Insight Group from October 2017 to September 2023. In that role, Lauren led teams on custom intelligence projects focused on talent market perceptions and organizational design while being part of the Senior Leadership team. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Insight Director and Insight Director at Talent Insight Group, and as a Research Consultant at Write Research Company, where Lauren specialized in talent-related research. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Sellick Partnership, focusing on strategic hires across various sectors. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Practice and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University, attained between 2009 and 2012.
