Stephen Sullivan, M.A. has extensive experience in fiscal analysis and contract management within the public sector. Currently serving as a Senior Fiscal Analyst at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. since August 2017, Stephen conducts fiscal and policy analysis for projects and budget initiatives while preparing reports for executive leadership. Prior roles include Contract Manager at the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports, where procurement processes for sub-recipients were facilitated, and Assistant Contract Manager at the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, focusing on contract development for vulnerable populations. Stephen’s career commenced as a Healthcare Program Assistant at IPRO, contributing to Medicaid Health Home evaluations, and includes a role as Professional Development Coordinator at the NYS Government Finance Officers' Association. Stephen holds a Master of Arts in History/Political Science from The College of Saint Rose and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany.
