Abby McQuade

Abby McQuade serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Solutions and Consulting at Research Improving People's Lives since February 2022. Prior to this role, Abby McQuade was the Senior Advisor to the Director and Chief Innovation Officer at the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training from February 2019 to February 2022. Previous positions include Supervising Budget Analyst and Principal Revenue and Policy Analyst at the State of Rhode Island Office of Management and Budget, and Senior Legislative Budget Analyst for the Rhode Island House of Representatives. Abby McQuade has also held the position of Executive Director at Project Undercover, Inc., and has experience as an adjunct professor at both the University of Phoenix and New England Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include an Honors Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, both from Boston University.
