Doug Greenlaw began their work experience in 1982 at Delex Systems, Inc., where they worked their way up to the position of Vice President of Operations and Business Development. During their time there, they were responsible for managing the business operations and driving growth, developing and executing business in 28 countries.
In 2000, Doug joined Virtual Technology Corporation as a Vice President and played a key role in the high-growth technology company, supporting U.S. and international military programs. Doug served as an owner, member of the board, and executive.
In 2006, Doug joined Raytheon after Raytheon acquired Virtual Technology Corp. Doug led the operation of Virtual Technology Corp., handling P&L management, integration into Raytheon, and overseeing all aspects of business unit management.
In 2007, Doug joined Lockheed Martin as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for their simulation, training, and logistics business unit. Their responsibilities included strategy development, business development, and advanced programs. Doug had extensive experience in military training systems and commercial aviation simulation systems.
Throughout their tenure at Lockheed Martin, Doug held various positions including Vice President of International Strategy, where they were responsible for developing the corporation's global strategies and optimizing business in selected countries, and Chief Executive in Asia, where they led Lockheed Martin's business interests and growth in the region, representing the corporation to senior customers.
In 2018, Doug joined Research Innovations Incorporated as the Vice President. At RII, they contributed to the development of cutting-edge software for the government and military, using agile development practices and user-centered design to create innovative software solutions for complex real-world problems. Their role involved breaking through the big, slow status quo with transformative technology to fundamentally change and improve the world.
Doug Greenlaw completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from William & Mary, where they attended from 1976 to 1980. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland, earning a Master's degree in Mathematics from 1980 to 1982.
