Herschel Soumahoro

Herschel Soumahoro has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Herschel started their career in 2015 as a Pc Refresh Contractor and Desktop Solutions Specialist at Memorial Herman Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for locating and replacing end-of-life assets, installing software, and ensuring compatibility with the Windows 7 operating system.

In 2016, Soumahoro joined MD Anderson Cancer Center as an IT Support Epic Specialist. Here, they provided support for hardware and software-related issues, diagnosed and resolved problems, and ensured customer satisfaction through effective communication and incident tracking.

From 2016 to 2018, Soumahoro worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Harris County Central Technology Services (CTS). In this role, they closely collaborated with software developers, utilized TFS to manage bugs and change requests, and deployed applications using TFS source control.
