Jeremy Cejka has extensive experience in the field of information technology, with their work spanning a variety of roles and responsibilities. Jeremy began their career in 2006 at CherryRoad Technologies, where they served as a Help Desk Administrator, providing initial support for desktop and internet-related issues in a large user environment. Jeremy then moved on to Access Communication Systems, where they worked as an ISC, delivering second-tier desktop support and providing subject matter expertise on the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet.

In 2007, Cejka joined EDS as a Site Operations Technician, delivering onsite desktop and network support to a 32,000 user site. Jeremy achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction ratings and provided VIP support to senior executives and commanding generals.
