Todd D. Fee

Todd D. Fee, PMP, has a vast work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Todd began their career in 1992 with the United States Air Force as a Training Management/Weapons Systems Technician. Todd later took on roles such as Weapons Standardization Superintendent and Quality Assurance Federal Technician. In 2015, they joined Cubic Corporation as an IO Targeting Intelligence Analyst and later as a Dynamic Targeting Intelligence Analyst.

In 2018, Todd joined Valiant Integrated Services as a Project Manager/Information Operations Planner and then as the Director of Business Development and Operations. Todd also served as the Project Manager for the USINDOPACOM J81 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division.

In 2020, Todd joined PacMar Technologies as the Director of Pacific Operations, where they worked directly with the VP of Business Strategy and the Business Strategy team to develop strategic business growth plans.

In 2021, they returned to Valiant Integrated Services as the Program Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region, overseeing and developing company business in support of clients in that region.

Most recently, in 2022, Todd is working as a Senior Program Manager at Research Innovations Incorporated.

Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in program management, and a deep understanding of business development and strategic planning.

Todd D. Fee, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Simpson College, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they have completed an Associate in Applied Science degree in Intelligence Studies and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they earned from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, Todd obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the same institution, studying from 2013 to 2014. Furthermore, they have obtained three additional certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they received the Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in 2021, Todd obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
