Anne Chahine

Anne Chahine is a versatile professional currently serving as a Research Associate at the Research Institute for Sustainability and a Consumer Insights Specialist at UserTribe, both roles started in 2022. With a significant background in visual anthropology, Anne has been a Co-Editor for the NAFA Network since 2018, contributing to the dissemination of information within the field. Previous academic engagements include a PhD researcher position at Aarhus University and a research fellow role within the POEM-H2020 Project. Anne has gained experience internationally as a visiting researcher at institutions such as the Museum Europäischer Kulturen and the Greenland National Museum and Archives. Moreover, Anne founded Pixelmarie, a media design and technology firm, and has completed an internship in visual history at the Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung Potsdam. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Visual and Media Anthropology from notable institutions.
