Sajjad Tardasti

Sajjad Tardasti is a trained professional with extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) since March 2023, Sajjad previously gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Parenthesis in May to July 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as Administrative and Warehouse Manager at Pasargad Ceram Company from January 2019 to September 2021 and Chief of Public Relations and Cultural Affairs for both Pasargad Ceram and Sedigh Ceram Company from January 2017 to September 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Tehran, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Ardakan University, and dual Master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Shiraz University and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Azad University (IAU).
