Chantelle Smith is an experienced quality management professional, currently serving as a Quality Manager at REPCO since July 2022. Previously, Chantelle held the position of Quality Engineer at Schwan's Company from August 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Food Safety Specialist at Compass Minerals from October 2018 to August 2021. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Quality Control Chemist at Morton Salt for a brief period in 2018. Academic qualifications include a Biochemistry degree from McPherson College, earned between 2014 and 2018, along with a High School Certificate from Maragon Schools, completed in 2013. While studying at McPherson College, Chantelle worked as a Student Worker and tutored Organic Chemistry I and Physics I.
