Laleh Baghaei

Laleh Baghaei is a Senior Programmer at Research Results Inc. since June 2021, specializing in programming surveys, quality assurance, data manipulation, tabulation, and project communication. Previously, Laleh served as a Senior Programmer at Canadian Viewpoint from May 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included building XML documents, designing user interfaces, enhancing studies using advanced programming techniques, mentoring junior programmers, and managing project timelines. Laleh's career began as a Junior Programmer, where foundational skills in survey design and data management were developed. Laleh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from York University, completed in 2014.
