Yoally Castellanos

Yoally Castellanos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Manager at Research Solutions since May 2017, Yoally has also held roles as a Customer Happiness Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Coordinator within the same organization. Additionally, Yoally operates as a Purchasing Agent in a freelance capacity since August 2015. Previous positions include Assistant to the Controller at First Cash Financial Services, Inc. and English teacher at Universidad del Norte. Yoally also worked at MIISA as a Senior Buyer and Assistant to the CEO, as well as an English Teacher at HARMON HALL. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from University College of the North and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
