Adam Klich currently serves as the Hub Lead at TechWerx, an innovation hub associated with the Department of Energy, since August 2024. Klich has extensive experience in innovation and management roles, including positions as a Senior Innovation Advisor and Senior Manager for Federal Innovation Programs at RTI International since May 2015. Additionally, Klich acts as a Strategic Advisor for AUVSI North Carolina since May 2023 and co-founded ConSENSus Technologies, LLC, focusing on integrating AI with metal 3D printing technologies. Previous experience includes a role in Product Development at GE Oil & Gas in 2014 and serving as an Asset Manager in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012. Klich holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Commercialization & Entrepreneurship from the RPI Lally School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an Associate's Degree in Engineering Science from CT State Norwalk.
