Amanda Sheldon

Amanda Sheldon is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and education. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A at RTI International since August 2022, Amanda previously worked as a Finance Manager in Americas FP&A at Align Technology for a brief period and held various roles at RTI International from February 2016 to August 2022. Amanda's experience encompasses daily financial management of educational projects and detailed project financial analysis. Prior to transitioning into finance, Amanda was an educator at Chatham County Schools from July 2006 to January 2016, teaching high school courses in Mathematics and Social Studies, while also managing a caseload of students with service needs and participating in school improvement initiatives. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Studies from The Ohio State University.
