Aya Alayli

Aya Alayli is an experienced HR & Administrative Assistant at RTI International, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing HR functions. Previously, Aya held various roles including Social Media Executive at Somfy Middle East & Africa, Graphic Designer Marketing Assistant at Recode, and Marketing Executive at markit, where skills in social media strategy, graphic design, and content creation were developed. With a background in marketing and graphic design, Aya has also contributed to projects at Zein Insurance Services Inc. and Naturous Hair Care Company, among others. Aya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Advertising and a Minor in Graphic Design from Rafik Hariri University, along with a foundational education in Economics and Sociology.
