Cindy D'Annunzio

Cindy D'Annunzio is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at RTI International since June 2021, Cindy previously held the position of Managing Director at MAXIMUS I Attain, where leadership involved overseeing the Federal Health practice focused on key clients including CDC, NIH, HHS, and CMS. Prior to that, Cindy was Vice President of Business Development at General Dynamics Information Technology, leading teams in HHS and Defense Health sectors, and held a senior role at Companion Data Services, managing government programs. With 13 years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, starting in the Federal government's outstanding scholar program, Cindy has a deep understanding of government operations and healthcare funding. Cindy holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
