Hannah Margaret Clare

Hannah Margaret Clare is currently a Research Economist at RTI International, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hannah was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from April 2019 to September 2023 and worked as a Public Health Analyst at RTI International from June 2014 to January 2019. In the latter position, Hannah contributed to the Health Care Quality and Outcomes research program within the Research on Healthcare Value, Equity, and the Lifespan Division, focusing on research support and project management. Notable recent projects include serving as Project Manager and Task Lead for the Adult Medicaid Quality Grant Assessment funded by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Hannah's early experience includes an internship at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, where tasks involved creating a resource guide for international businesses and researching foreign direct investment in North Carolina. Educational credentials include a PhD in Health Policy & Management and a BA in Public Policy and Mandarin Chinese, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
