Izcander Flores

Izcander Flores is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Finance Manager at RTI International since April 2022, Izcander leads a team that supports research teams in Discovery Sciences, TAC, and IA. As a co-owner of JPs Pastry since January 2012, Izcander has combined entrepreneurial efforts with a robust corporate finance background that includes roles at Citrix and Red Hat, where responsibilities encompassed product finance, corporate consolidations, and financial planning and analysis. Previous positions include Project Accounting Manager at inVentiv Health Consulting, where management of the Project Accounting team was a key focus, alongside earlier roles at Campbell Alliance and ARAMARK. Izcander holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from East Carolina University and a BS in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College.
