Jorge Elguera

Jorge Elguera is the current EVP & Chief Information Officer at Research Triangle Institute. Prior to this, Jorge was the Chief Digital Officer at Abt Associates from April 2017 to April 2022. Jorge has also held the position of Managing Director at Hartman Executive Advisors from August 2015 to March 2017, and CIO Laureate GPS (Global Products and Services) at Laureate Education, Inc. from December 2012 to August 2015.

Jorge has been instrumental in developing products combining the salesforce.com platform with UX technologies, culminating in the launch of competency-based learning programs (Walden Tempo) and the UOnline model (with University of Miami). Their expertise in technology and strategy has helped many companies improve the return on their technology spend.

Jorge Elguera received their MBA in Global Leadership from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.

Their manager is Tim J. Gabel, President and CEO, RTI International. They are on a team with G. Edward Story - Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Paul Weisenfeld - Executive Vice President, International Development, and Amy Helwig - Executive Vice President, Commercial Health.
