Josh Bashara

Josh Bashara has a strong background in business development, proposals, contracts, and strategic pricing. Josh has held various leadership roles at RTI International, including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Proposals, Contracts & Strategic Pricing. Prior to RTI International, Josh worked at Dell, where they served as Director of Contracts & Proposals and Director of Operations. Josh also has experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor at Golfsmith International.

Josh Bashara earned their M.A. in European Studies from Texas State University from 1999 to 2002. Josh also obtained several certifications, including Finance for Executives and Leading with Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Kellogg Executive Education, a Certification in Merger & Acquisition Integration from PRITCHETT, LP, and completed the Lead Forward - Sr. Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
