Linda Dunn

Director, HRIS at Research Triangle Institute

Linda Dunn has a strong background in HRIS and has managed various aspects of human resource systems throughout their career. Linda started at the University of Central Florida in 1990 as a Benefits Coordinator, counseling and enrolling faculty and staff in insurance plans. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor, overseeing the HR Benefits Section and serving as second in command to the Benefits Manager. During this time, they also served as a representative for the PeopleSoft installation project. In 1999, Linda became the Assistant Director of Human Resources (HRIS) at the University of Central Florida, where they managed the HRIS support team and the PeopleSoft HRMS, including upgrades, patches, and system security. In 2007, Linda joined RTI International as the Director of HRIS, where they have been responsible for managing the HRIS support team for multiple systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow. Linda has also worked on system implementations, configuration, troubleshooting, approval workflows, and data integrity. Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated leadership skills by managing and leading teams of various sizes.

Linda Dunn obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, which they completed from 1986 to 1989. Linda later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the same university, from 1996 to 1998.
